If it's iOS hold your finger on the comic, after a while it should give you the menu to open the pic, open in a new tab, etc... on the top of the menu the alt text should appear.
I believe that number is not registered anywhere...
It should be a UK number if you put a + in front of it, but then there would still be too much digits that follow it to make it a legit number... (Or the number connects you to some weird MI6 telephone menu)
